I know that there is a small but loyal following of readers in The United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Thailand, Argentina & Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Austria, Poland, Italy and Romania. Rumour has it that there are also copies doing the rounds in Mongolia, Nigeria, Ghana, Fiji and Holland.
