Was lucky enough to attend the Autumn books launch for Damm Publishing of Norway as one of their authors. It was a wonderful night (see travelogue) and judging by the fantastic array of new books on release - the Norwegians are great writers and readers. Thirty & Fabulous
October saw the launch of Thirty & Fabulous - a collection of thirty short stories specially commissioned and donated from past & present writers with Poolbeg. Royalties from the Book will go to Women's Aid. Contributors include Maeve Binchy, Marian Keyes, Sarah Webb, Catherine Daly, Tina Reilly, Collette Caddle, Suzanne Higgins and many more. It was wonderful to be a part of such a worthwhile project and I thoroughly enjoyed writing my own story - titled GET LOST - for the collection. Norwegian Damm!
I was thrilled to learn that Perfect Moment is to be translated into Norwegian and published with Damm, a major publisher in Norway. It's a country that has always fascinated me and now I'll have the perfect excuse for travelling there.
